At Christmas in America, we work year-round to get your favorites to your door as quickly as possible. We ship orders Monday through Friday, ensuring your decor is always on its way.
Delivery Options
We offer flexible shipping methods to suit your needs. All shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Standard Shipping: We process most orders within 2–3 business days. If there is ever an unexpected delay, we will reach out to keep you informed every step of the way.

In-Store Pickup: Local to New York? Skip the wait! Orders are typically ready within 24 hours.

Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM.

Location: 30 Warren Place, Mount Vernon, NY.

Oversized Items: While we strive to offer free shipping whenever possible, certain items require special handling due to their size and weight. These items are ineligible for free shipping to ensure they are packaged and transported with the extra care they deserve.
LTL Freight Shipping (Oversized Items)
For our grand decorations that are too large for standard carriers, we utilize LTL Freight.

Coordination: The carrier will call you directly to schedule a delivery window that works for you.

Signature Required: A signature is required upon arrival.

Important: To protect your purchase, please follow our Inspection Guidelines (found in our Return Policy) before signing the delivery slip. This ensures you are covered in the rare event of transit damage.
Shipping Guidelines & Restrictions
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please keep the following in mind:

P.O. Boxes: We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

APO/FPO Addresses: We proudly ship to military addresses. Please allow for additional transit time once the package reaches the military post office.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Weather & Delays: While we move quickly, Mother Nature occasionally has other plans. Christmas In America is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather or hazardous road conditions. We recommend tracking your package closely and ensuring it is brought inside promptly to protect it from the elements.
