All Pre-Owned products sold by Christmas in America are previously used commercial holiday decorations. These items may have been installed, displayed, transported, stored, repaired, or modified during prior holiday seasons.
Pre-Owned merchandise is offered at substantial discounts, in some cases up to 90% off comparable new product pricing. Because of the significant discount and the prior use of these products, buyers should expect normal signs of wear and variation in condition.
Depending on the item or package, this may include:
- Dents, scratches, scuffs, fading, or other cosmetic imperfections
- Bent, broken, repaired, or damaged branches or structural components
- Missing, damaged, substituted, or previously replaced ornaments and decorative components
- Individual lights or sections of lighting that may not function
- Wiring, connectors, electrical components, or lighting that may require repair or replacement
14-Day Limited Warranty
Christmas in America provides a limited 14-day warranty from the date of delivery on Pre-Owned merchandise.
During this 14-day period, customers must inspect and test all merchandise and notify Christmas in America of any material issue that was not reasonably disclosed or expected based on the product's Pre-Owned condition.
The 14-day warranty does not guarantee that every light, ornament, branch, decorative element, electrical component, or accessory is present, cosmetically perfect, or fully operational.
After the 14-day warranty period expires, all Pre-Owned merchandise is considered accepted by the buyer and is sold as-is, with no additional warranty, return, or guarantee, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Christmas in America.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by installation, removal, improper handling, transportation after delivery, improper storage, weather, misuse, modification, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after the product has been delivered.
